I have recently been told that Stampaholics has won “Independant Retailer of the Year for Scotland” in Crafts Beautiful magazine. I was not even aware that we had been nominated. So it was a lovely surprise.
Thankyou to everyone who took the time to vote for us. Your support of the shop and our workshops is very much appreciated. I would also like to thank the “girls” who help me keep it all going. Jean has done a fantastic job stepping into Lin’s shoes until she is ready to come back. Rosie and Carey – thanks for your support every Saturday. And all the other tutors (Jean, Irene, Liz Urquhart and Liz Young). Without their hard work and support I would be in Murray Royal by now!!
The one thing I didn’t appreciate when I started Stampaholics over six years ago was that I would meet so many great people. Many customers have become friends of me and each other all sharing a passion for crafting. So whatever happens over the coming months with the depressing economic climate, I will have no regrets.
